Privacy Policy

We collect only the information you voluntarily provide through the live chat on this website or our official communication channels, such as your name, Discord username, email address, message and order-related information. We use it to answer enquiries, process orders, provide support and prevent abuse.

Messages sent through the live chat are kept as the history of your support ticket, for support, order records and fraud prevention; you can ask us through Discord or the live chat to delete them. The conversation thread in our Discord support workspace is normally removed automatically one day after a ticket is closed, leaving a short summary in our support archive; inactive chat sessions are removed after 180 days. Messages sent through Discord or Telegram are also subject to those platforms’ privacy practices. We do not sell customer information and retain it only for as long as reasonably necessary for support, transaction records, fraud prevention and legal obligations.

You can contact us through the official Discord server to request access to or deletion of information you previously submitted, where applicable.

The website also processes your IP address to limit the request rate and uses cookie sessions for the live chat.
